He is a specialist leading technology and product search with seven years of international Fintech, Insurtech, Legaltech and start up SaaS experience.
Gavin possesses a deep network across European and US technology markets, and has a very data-driven approach, meaning that his candidates are diverse, well-screened and from an expansive pool of talent. Being very hands-on, Gavin is able to understand the role requirements of deep tech focused roles in depth.
